Arrival and departure
The flat you have booked is ready for occupancy from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. You are welcome to arrive earlier, deposit your luggage and change your clothes.
On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your flat by 9.30 am.
Arrival day for weekly bookings is always Sunday. This is to make your arrival and departure more pleasant.
If you arrive after 20.00, please let us know.
Reservation / Means of payment
Your reservation is only valid after receipt of your 30% deposit (up to 2 months before arrival). You will receive a booking confirmation with our bank account details.
Please pay the balance including final cleaning and local tax in cash on the day of arrival. Credit cards are not accepted.
For bookings at short notice, settlement will be made on the day of arrival.
Additional costs
Final cleaning: 75,00€ Apartment Alpenrose
110,00€ Apartment Enzian and Edelweiss
Local tax: 1,80€ per day / per person (from 15 years), from 01.11.2024 2,50€
Short stay: up to 3 days: 20,00 € surcharge per day/apartment
Child discount
0-3 years: free of charge
4-6 years: - 75
7-9 years: - 50
10-12 years: - 25
Cot with bed linen and high chair are available free of charge (on request).
Cancellation
Cancellation fees according to Austrian hotel contract conditions:
up to 3 months before the arrival date free of charge
from 3 months before the day of arrival 30 % of the total flat price
from 1 month before the day of arrival 70 % of the total flat price
in the last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the total flat price
in case of late arrival or early departure 100 % of the flat price
Cancellation must be made in writing.

Free parking is available directly in front of the house.
We have free high-speed internet.
Our flats are suitable for allergy sufferers, so unfortunately no pets are allowed.
The flats are non-smoking flats.
The price includes running costs and all linen. Bed linen, crockery and towels.
