Arrival and departure

Check-in at the TUX MOUNTAIN Apart is possible from 3:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us and get changed - in case you want to go straight to the slopes. To ensure a relaxed check-out from the TUX MOUNTAIN Apart, we ask you to vacate your apartment by 9:30 am.

For weekly bookings, the day of arrival is always Sunday - for a pleasant arrival and departure.

One more request: If you arrive after 8:00 pm, please let us know.

Reservation / Means of payment

After your booking you will receive a confirmation from us with our account details. Please make a deposit of 30% (up to two months before arrival) - your booking is binding after receipt of payment. The remaining amount, including final cleaning and local tax, can be paid in cash on arrival. Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept credit cards.

If you book at short notice, the deposit will be waived and we will settle the bill on site.

Local tax:

2,60 € per day / per person (15 years or older)

Short stay up to 3 days: 

20,00 € surcharge per day/apartment

Discount for children

0 – 3 years:

4-6 years:

We are happy to provide you with a crib with bed linen and a high chair free of charge - just let us know.

Cancellation

Cancellation fees according to Austrian hotel contract conditions:

  • more than three months before arrival: free of charge

  • less than three months before arrival: 30 % of the apartment price

  • less than one month before arrival: 70 % of the apartment price

  • less than one week before arrival: 90 % of the apartment price

  • in the event of late arrival or early departure: 100 % of the apartment price

General

A free parking space is reserved for you with your vacation apartment in Tux - right in front of the house.

Free high-speed WiFi connects you to the rest of the world - if you would like to do this at all during your stay with us.

Good to know: in your vacation apartment in Tux you will feel completely at ease, even if you suffer from allergies. To make sure it stays that way for all our guests, dogs are not allowed here. The same applies to smoking.

Operating costs as well as bed linen, crockery and towels are of course included in the accommodation price.
